Shanon Saldivar – Shanon’s career in the insurance industry started in 2002. She is passionate about helping customers understand their options and access coverage/care. She serves on local and state level boards where she brings the voice of the consumer to the tables where decisions are being made.
Rosa Castro– Rosa has been in the insurance world since Spring of 2020, however she was the Patient Resource Counselor for Providence for 10 years. Many of the skills she mastered in that role translate well to the health insurance industry. She has a heart for helping people navigate challenging situations, whether it be affording medication, finding an insurance plan that works with your doctor, or supporting clients in advocating for their rights Rosa is there getting it done. Rosa is Bilingual in Spanish and English, our community is so fortunate to have her. We appreciate the care and the compassion she leads with every day.
Maddy Bradford – Maddy joined the insurance industry in 2020. She graduated June of 2020 from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Maddy was ecstatic to begin her career in her home town of The Dalles where she was born and raised. She is our resident Medicare Specialist. She really enjoys helping people one on one and understands that is an integral part of what we do.
Ginger Cimmiyotti Wagenblast – Ginger has been in the insurance industry since 2005. She ran her own health insurance program in the beginning days of the ACA. Ginger works with us during Open Enrollment supporting all of our wonderful clients with their renewals. We are fortunate to have an experienced agent with us.
Karla Najera – Karla joined our team in 2023. She is a graduate from The Dalles High. She came to us with tremendous customer service skills, and an amazing disposition. We are so happy to have her on our team, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.
