
Shanon Saldivar – is the owner of Saldivar Insurance and a dedicated advocate for accessible, understandable health coverage for individuals, families, and businesses throughout Oregon. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Shanon began her career in health insurance in the Columbia Gorge in 2001 and has built a reputation for helping clients confidently navigate the complex healthcare system
Beyond her work as an insurance professional, Shanon is deeply committed to community service and nonprofit leadership. She serves on the board of One Community Health and has participated on State of Oregon advisory committees focused on health insurance access and policy. She is also passionate about education, teaching health insurance courses at the local community college and speaking at community events to help individuals better understand their healthcare options.
Shanon’s approach is rooted in advocacy, education, and personalized service. She believes every client deserves to feel respected, informed, and empowered when making healthcare decisions. She works one-on-one with clients to identify coverage solutions that fit their unique needs while also advocating at the state and community level to reduce barriers to healthcare access.
Adriana Magaña – was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon, and graduated from Oregon State University in 2025 with a degree in marketing. As a native Spanish speaker, she helps Saldivar Insurance connect with and better serve both English- and Spanish-speaking members of our community.
In her role at the agency, Adriana supports client education and community outreach while helping individuals and families understand their health insurance options. She is committed to making the process feel welcoming, approachable, and easier to understand. In her spare time, Adriana enjoys spending time with friends and playing tennis..


Maddy Bradford – Maddy was born and raised in The Dalles, Oregon, and is proud to serve the community she’s always called home. She graduated from The Dalles High School in 2016 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Eastern Oregon University in June 2020.
Maddy joined Saldivar Insurance shortly after graduating and has been part of the team since July 2020. She became licensed in 2022 and focuses on helping clients navigate Medicare, while also supporting small group, individual, and family insurance needs. She enjoys building relationships with clients and making the insurance process feel simple and approachable.
Outside of the office, Maddy stays busy coaching local youth softball teams and spending time with her husband, Alec, their daughter, Noa, and their dog, Tucker.
Ginger Cimmiyotti Wagenblast – began her career in the insurance industry in 1997 and brings decades of knowledge and experience to the Saldivar Insurance team. She has worked alongside Shanon during open enrollment for more than eight years, helping clients and supporting the office during its busiest season.
Ginger attended college in Walla Walla and has deep roots in the Gorge—her family has lived in Wasco County since the 1800s. An avid volunteer, she has supported many local organizations and events, including the Granada Theatre, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, the Dufur Threshing Bee, and the Grange breakfast, where she has volunteered since she was eight years old.
Ginger is married and the proud mother of two wonderful children, Hunter and Piper. Her extensive insurance experience, strong community ties, and willingness to help others make her a valued part of the Saldivar Insurance team.


Karla Najera – Since Karla joined Saldivar Insurance in 2023, she has become an integral part of the team, helping keep daily operations running smoothly as the office’s administrative organizer. Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she works behind the scenes to ensure everything stays efficient and on track.
As a native Spanish speaker, she is a valuable resource for clients, providing clear communication, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate team member, and helping each client feel supported by connecting them with the assistance they need.
Karla graduated from The Dalles High School in 2020 and continues to stay connected to her community by assisting the local girls high school tennis team each spring. Her dedication to both her work and community reflects her reliability, team-first mindset, and positive attitude.
